Non-returnable items include:
Returns requested beyond the allowed time window
Used piercing jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Items with obvious signs of misuse
💰 How to Request a Refund
Contact us via the “Contact Us” page with your order number and product photo
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method
