For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or worn piercing jewelry (e.g., earrings, nose rings, belly rings). If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

We process and ship your order within 1โ€“3 business days. Delivery time varies by location but generally takes 7โ€“15 business days, excluding holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to force majeure.

Many of our piercing items are made with medical-grade titanium, stainless steel, or nickel-free brass. If you have sensitive skin, please choose products labeled “hypoallergenic.”

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us within 7 days at v@micore.cc with your order number and a photo. Weโ€™ll assist you within 48 hours.
